Each cake is lovingly home-baked and created from high quality ingredients including free range eggs and buttercream made from real butter, to ensure that your cake tastes delicious and looks beautiful.


The above are just the most popular ones. There are plenty of other cakes that are available as well. For example, carrot cake pound  cake, red velvet cake, mocha cake, fruit and nut cake, Earl Grey tea cake, Bailey’s cake and Irish whiskey cake. If you have a favourite recipe, let me know.

All the above cakes will be filled with our best quality fresh cream, fresh buttercream, white coloured and dark chocolate ganache, home made berry jams, salt caramel, buttercream, peanut buttercream, and other flavors.

All these cakes can be decorated with three skin layers: fresh cream & buttercream flowers, fondant, or modelling chocolate, for all three I use the best quality products. Modelling chocolate will charge more than the fresh cream and fondant.

Afternoon tea cake will be 20 pounds per box.

Cupcake: 2 pounds each. Can be decorated with fondant, fresh cream or buttercream, panache and modelling chocolate Minimal order will be 12.  Price drops to 1.80 pounds if order above 36 cupcakes.


I can design your cake for you based on ideas you have or you can design your own. It’s up to you how much input you want. If you do not have a clue where to start in terms of ideas, you are welcome to come and discuss the designs that you like.

Order your cake as early as you know you will want one – this is mainly to reserve the time in my diary. I need to give every cake enough attention to ensure I have enough time to dedicate to each cake. I take a deposit on orders at the time of booking, and then the rest is payable either by cheque four weeks prior to collection or can be paid in cash when you come.

Each design is tailored to suit your exact requirements and so an individual price needs to be given.

As a guide for pricing, most of my wedding cakes fall within the range of £70-£150 per tier.

Booking, Deposit and Payment

A wedding cake needs to be booked one month before the wedding date, minimum date has to be two weeks before the big day. A deposit of around a third is required to secure the date in my diary. The balance can either be paid by online bank transfer 1-2 weeks prior to your event/wedding or you can pay in cash up to the day before.

Portion Sizes

One portion is 2″ x 1″ x 3″ depth of cake.
